You would be taking responsibility for the eCommerce sites/platforms including the day to day maintenance of the sites, administration, technical updates and client configuration/support. The role is also to support marketing initiatives across the business, you would need to be technically competent as well as having an interest in Digital Marketing. Most of your job would deal with managing the website, troubleshooting, testing, development and administration including managing product spreadsheet and image folders. In addition you would be sourcing, writing social media postings for the website, writing newsletters, assisting with the production of catalogues and promotional material in conjunction with the sales teams. Strong administration and organisation skills a must along with Advanced Excel skills, experience of using Mailchimp and Survey Monkey, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. In addition strong copywriting and proof reading skills essential.
