Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Benefits, you will be managing your team to provide a full benefits administration service. Your role is to ensure work is accurately completed and agreed deadlines, service standards and KPI's are met. You will need to apply the necessary technical and analysis skills to complete tasks.
To be considered for this role you will be required to have a strong background in pensions administration, with technical case management skills, data management, and client management skills.
