This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an established Solicitors practise in Eastbourne.
You will be responsible for providing all levels of administrative support to the office and occasional cover of reception. This position is based in Eastbourne but may require additional travel to other offices based locally.
This is a varied role that will require someone with excellent organisation and communication skills, the ability to multi-task and great attention to detail. The successful candidate will be confident and personable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £18,000 (DOE)
Core Activities, Duties and Key Tasks
- Collecting and despatching post
- Answering and transferring calls
- Photocopying, file archiving and retrieval
- Ordering stationery
- Running errands
- Covering a busy reception during breaks and holidays
- Other administrative tasks which help the office run smoothly
- Previous Administration experience is essential for this role
- A good understanding of MS Office packages
- An interest in the legal sector (desirable)
- A full UK driving license (desirable)
