Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to work for a leading company in a varied role based in East Dean.
The Job
Salary: £19k - £21k (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm
Core Activities, Duties and Key Tasks
- Positively answer Telephone, e-mail and face to face enquiries
- Take guest bookings via the Telephone and Email enquiries
- Answer guest enquiries and resolve issues arising
- Co-ordinate and report on tradesmen and programme of works
- Manage change over days where required and ensure the standard of the property is maintained for guest arrivals
- Process invoices/Reconciling bank accounts
- Assist with any maintenance issues
- Take guest bookings as necessary
- Become familiar with Estate assets and responsibilities
- Resolve maintenance issues from tenants
- Property management responsibilities including check ins/outs, deposit payments, repairs and redecoration
- Respond in writing to formal enquiries regarding estate issues and licences, invoice and collect payment accordingly

- Social media responsibilities as and when required
