We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to work for a leading company in a varied role based in East Dean.

The Job

Salary: £19k - £21k (DOE)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm

Core Activities, Duties and Key Tasks

  • Positively answer Telephone, e-mail and face to face enquiries
  • Take guest bookings via the Telephone and Email enquiries
  • Answer guest enquiries and resolve issues arising
  • Co-ordinate and report on tradesmen and programme of works
  • Manage change over days where required and ensure the standard of the property is maintained for guest arrivals
  • Process invoices/Reconciling bank accounts
  • Assist with any maintenance issues
  • Take guest bookings as necessary
  • Become familiar with Estate assets and responsibilities
  • Resolve maintenance issues from tenants
  • Property management responsibilities including check ins/outs, deposit payments, repairs and redecoration
  • Respond in writing to formal enquiries regarding estate issues and licences, invoice and collect payment accordingly

  • Social media responsibilities as and when required
