Position: Office Assistant

Location: Hastings

Salary: £10 per hour - Part Time - 16 hours per week

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join a small, family run and friendly block property management business based in Hastings. This is a permanent role, working flexible hours supporting the business .

The role will involve:

  • Data inputting
  • Payments of invoices
  • Answering phone calls
  • Schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
