Job Description

Our reputable client is a leading financial institution located in London EC1 and they are looking to recruit a PA/Administrator to start between the middle and end of June.

The Role:

The team of two PA and Administrators are responsible for running the entire business and working closely with the partners and provide support to the professional team.

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Working as part of a team servicing clients and assisting in the general smooth running of the office
  • Management of diaries and meetings
  • Organising and controlling office services
  • Database management
  • Payroll, company secretarial, bookkeeping and expenses
  • Other general administrative duties as required by the business

This role would suit someone with experience of working in a professional firm or financial institution. My client uses the latest technology along with Microsoft Office so excellent IT skills are essential.
