Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week
9am or 9.30am to 3pm or 3.30pm
£16,000 to £17.6000 per annum / £20,000 to £22,000 pro rata
- Manage the sales ledger; invoicing, credit notes, payments, bad debts etc
- Raise purchase orders and confirm with suppliers
- Manage the purchase ledger and notify Director of payments required
- QuickBooks or other accountancy software experience
- Previous experience in customer service/sales and admin/finance
