We are currently seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant to join a fast growing consultancy business, headquartered in the City of London. The consultancy is owned by a fourth-generation family business and provides strategic advice to other multi-generational family firms in the UK from London and four regional locations, including Scotland, Manchester, Leeds and the South West.
The role requires general PA support to the Managing Director and three regional Directors.
The role offers flexibility as the successful candidate will only be required to work from the City office one day per week and the regional Directors can be supported remotely.
As well as general PA duties, such as diary management, arranging travel and organising entertainment, the role will occasionally require events management, administration duties and some client management.
You would be required to work 21 hours per week over 3 days with a salary of £30,000 pro rata.
