Our client, a leading pensions consultancy, is seeking and experienced pensions payroll manager for a newly created position.
You will be have prime accountability for the service delivery for an assigned client portfolio, provide expert advice solutions to pension payroll queries, overseeing annual and ad-hoc projects such as year-end HMRC returns pension increases.
Leading on internal audits, improve processes and procedures and oversee a team, including workflow, appraisals, development and recruitment.
For this role you will need an expert knowledge of payroll administration activities, previous supervisory, leadership and management experience, and previous pension payroll administration experience of Defined Benefit schemes.
