Pension Transfers Administrator Crowborough

Salary: £Neg (doe) Ref: 1372838

You would be ensuring that all enquiries and requests are handled in a professional and timely manner, prioritising workloads ensuring Cash Equivalent Transfer (CETC) Guarantee Dates are met. In addition you would be checking transfer pack process checklist, contacting clients to request recalculation fees and chasing the progress of pension transfers. You would need to have a willingness to study, as it would be a requirement for the successful candidate to take chartered Insurance Institute (CII) exams - RO1, RO2, RO4 and AF7, which are pension specific qualifications. The company will pay for your study material and first exam for each module. Finally, you would need to be a team player, possess a good telephone manner, computer literate and proactive. This would be a fantastic opportunity for the right person wanting to forge a career within an IFA.
