You will assist and support Senior Trustee Associates, providing pensions technical support, preparing letters and spreadsheets and dealing with external suppliers to meet supplier deadlines.
Provide secretarial services to schemes including arranging meetings, circulation of papers and preparation of agendas and minutes.
Identify client issues, ensure effective management of risk and ensure and assist with on-boarding new clients.
For this role you will need previous pensions experience ideally with direct exposure to trustee meetings. Strong communication skills and be working towards your industry qualifications (e.g PMI)
