As an experienced Pensions Admin Team Leader, you will provide assistance to the Pensions Administration Manager in ensuring the day to day activities of the department are completed and that the efficiency of the department is maximised through supervision and training. Drive and deliver process change within the department.
To be successful you will need to have experience in Pensions Administration, ideally working on Defined Benefit schemes. Analytical and capable of communicating at all levels, you will have the ability to take on extensive current and historic calculation methods and understand complex rules and legislation.
