Varied and exciting role for a technically adept pensions professional with experience in pension's adminisatration to a Senior level.
Covering both DB and DC areas you will provide input to the development of the administration procedures and best practise, developing and delivering solutions to a variety of business challenges.
Support on business development, building and presenting our proposals to potential new clients.
Manage a small team, identifying training needs and staff development, undertake performance reviews.
You should be experienced in all aspects of pension's administration, and have some experience of people management. Knowledge of Profund and Intellipen would also be advantageous and ideally you should already be a qualified APMI or working towards.
