Varied role working for one of the UK's largest pension funds. Previous pensions experience is essential.
Review member information, update internal systems, analyse complex data, produce reports, review complex cases and take part in ad hoc project work.
Answer incoming queries from members and third parties, liaise with statutory authorities, regulators and internal departments. Undertake payroll duties, identifying under and over payments.
Take part in training modules and proactively seek ways to enhance personal and team performance. Maintain up to date pensions legislation knowledge.
You must have previous experience of performing manual pensions calculations, ideally PMI qualified with minimum A-levels. To succeed in this role you must have a proactive approach to work, a willingness to learn a high level of organisational ability.
