An essential team member, you will provide an excellent level of customer service, liaising with clients and third parties and dealing with member queries on a daily basis.
Working closely with other team members, you will also gain exposure to more complex and challenging work.
Working towards goals and promoting good communication, you will need to ensure all tasks are completed using best practice.
You will have strong technical knowledge of pension member records, benefits, funds and investments and be able to relay these confidently and accurately.
At this point in your career you will have the ability to adapt to varying workloads and meet deadlines. You will have a proven track record of attention to detail and accuracy. Previous pension experience in either Defined Contribution or Defined Benefits is essential in addition to the ability to manually calculate retirement options.
