Job Description
Act as a conduit between the pensions administration business and client, ensure service delivery levels are met and surpassed, understand client needs and develop long term effective relationships.
Aid in delivery of client projects, maintain awareness of delivery and partake in new business implementations.
Utilise strong DB/DC technical knowledge both internally and with clients, assisting with arising issues and helping on legislative areas.
For this role you will need previous client facing experience, ideally within a similar environment, good technical knowledge and completed or working towards suitable qualifications such as PMI.
This role could suit a candidate from a Pensions Admin background with client experience keen to move into a Client Manager role
