Within this role you will develop and lead relationships for clients, forging strong partnerships, identifying client needs and delivering on agreed plans.
Ensure clients have account plans that are regularly reviewed, support operations through active client management, keeping stakeholders aware of on-going concerns.
Utilise excellent communication skills, attending client/trustee meetings, developing additional revenues when/where needed.
For this role you will need prior experience working within the Pensions market place, delivering client led services to large and sometime complex schemes. Good stakeholder management and communication skills are also essential
