Within this role you oversee the complaint processes, apply root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement, ensuring operational services benefit.
Support and guide your own team as well as wider operational areas, present MI reports to senior stakeholders and provide technical clarification across the complaints area.
Assist in improving internal communications frameworks, ensure compliance and risk management areas are covered,
For this role you will need proven experience within a complaint handling environment, ideally pensions or wider FS experience and able to deal with senior stakeholders.
