Job Description

Excellent opportunity within a renowned consultancy to lead on administration services to a portfolio of senior clients.

You will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that a high quality service is delivered, taking the lead on one or more clients, ensuring that the day to day management is aligned to the strategic direction of the business

Improve and implement processes to enhance service, deal with complex queries and identify any client issues and resolve.

Utilise excellent communication skills dealing with senior individual externally and internally , composing reports and attending client and trustee meetings

For this role you must have extensive experience within occupational pension schemes, preferably with Defined Benefit, confident in dealing with clients and good technical knowledge.
