Within this role you will oversee the in-house CRM database, develop it's usage, collaborating data and ensuring it maximises output.
Ensure data remain active and accurate, drive engagement with users across the business as well as supporting in training.
Assist in the implementation of new processes/procedures, liaise with Senior stakeholders to ensure company wide organisational change.
For this role you will need an understanding of DB Pensions, experience of developing CRM systems and excellent communication skills.
