Job Description

First class in-house opportunity to utilise your pension scheme administration and secretariat support experience.

Working within a small team you will report directly to the Head of Pensions, supporting the DB scheme trustee board and contract based pension governance committee meetings.

Draw on your understanding of ensuring an effective trustee board framework, with a keen focus for governance and best practice. Coordinate meetings, ensure action points followed up and build effective relationships with external advisors.

Proactively support in management of processes such as monthly pension contributions, auto-enrolment compliance and in ongoing review of member communications or other projects.

You may have a background in scheme administration gained in-house or in third party, or in a junior or associate consultant support role. Excellent career prospects for the right individual.
