You will have excellent customer service skills and technical insight as you will be responsible for analysing software issues and procedures. Bring your findings to team meetings and suggest changes, noting areas of improvement and offering ideas for solutions.
You will be able to train and support more junior members of the team and able to teach technical terms and demonstrate processes clearly and knowledgably.
You have good IT skills and experience of administration systems (knowledge of Profund would be a plus).
5 A-C grades at GCSE/or equivalent to include a high level of numeracy and literacy.
