The role of Pensions Operations Manager is pivotal to enabling us to have a happy, healthy and high performing team of pension specialists able to deliver quality technical help to members of the public. The role will have a particular focus on working with other Pensions Operations Managers on the effective deployment of resources across the business area and providing support and feedback to a team of Pensions Operations staff (paid and volunteers).
This post is a management level responsible for maintaining and delivering a high quality service to the general public across a range of channels. The post will work closely with senior management in the development of future frontline services, ensuring that we continue to develop our people and that our services are customer centric and deliver real value.
