Responsible for leading a team of c.20 staff, managing 2 Team Leaders and overseeing workflow & resource planning across a busy, high volume, administration environment.
This successful candidate will play a key role in creating a forward-looking view of work due to be actioned and cross referencing this to available staffing levels & skill sets. It will be vitally important to fully understand the business priorities and SLAs. SLAs are largely based on delivering high quality work on time. This person will help create a high performing and development culture, ensuring strong communication with colleagues and their team.
The successful person will be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders and attend client meetings. We are also looking for someone who can make suggestions for change, always looking at how we can work more efficiently.
