In this role you maintain and develop client relations, attending trustee meetings and acting as first point of contact for any client queries.
You will handle annual/ad-hoc projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, mentor junior team members and check on any complex cases
Utilising excellent technical ability you will handle complaints and advise on any process improvements to maximise effectiveness and efficiency
For this role you will need an in-depth knowledge of Pensions Administration, excellent client communications skills and previous experience of pension project work.
Already completed or currently studying towards PMI or similar pensions qualifications is desirable
