Job Description
Within this role you will be assist in delivering the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a QA framework and programmes of internal audits.
Be involved in root cause analysis on complaints, E&Os, providing trend analysis and working with the business to build effective solutions.
Oversee national initiatives and continuous improvement activities and assist with the build of a competency framework
For this role you will need proven complaints management experience, strong understanding of DB, DC pensions and ideally exposure to service improvement initiatives.
