In this role you act as Client Manager liaising between a portfolio of clients and the business, making sure service levels are adhered and deliver on all aspects of scheme management.
Manage clients scheme risk registers, develop on-going relationships and devise customer lead strategies that will maximise scheme efficiency.
Co-ordinate scheme projects, enhancing scheme growth and development, manage budgets and make sure projects are completed within allotted timescales
Utilise excellent communication skills when attending meetings, giving presentations and compiling scheme communications.
You will need solid experience of DB, DC CARE schemes, including administration, corporate accounting, actuarial valuations and employer debt on withdrawal. PMI qualifications or working towards these would be desirable.
