Lead and manage a team of 10 staff on the Pensions Systems Support team.
The role will require the successful development and maintenance of effective pension software services for pensions administration clients. The role will require the expertise and leadership to implement system improvements in line with the service strategy, including upgrades and member self-service platforms.
Through the development and maintenance of system controls and procedures, this role will also require leading a team that provide a high level of service in pensioner payroll, data quality & assurance, as well as the successful delivery of annual scheme events for all partners and clients.
The post holder must be a strong manager who will lead and manage all aspects of the support and development to the pension administration teams and pension clients. They will also be pivotal in the maintenance and development of the pensions administration software products used, and will work closely with suppliers to improve the extent to which the software functionality works as expected and is maintained.
