Reporting to the Head of Pensions Systems, you will join this large in-house pensions team, with responsibility for managing the design, development and maintenance of all business processes within the department and their integration within the UPM system and other pension applications.
Manage and deliver a continuous program of business process upgrades and development - continue to automate individual and bulk calculations within UPM2 and any other applications, as prioritised by the Head of Pensions Systems.
Lead and co-ordinate the program with Senior Administrators and the Technical Team, delegating system changes to the Systems Developer as appropriate.
Manage projects in relation to major UPM changes and business process development.
