Oversee a team of administrators working across a portfolio of clients' DC scheme arrangements.
Allocate and monitor workflow, train and support new staff and assist team members on new legislation and changes in processes.
Help coordinate recruitment needs and staffing matters such as absences/holiday.
You will work closely with the Deputy Administration Manager to strive to continuously improve efficiency and quality of service, and support management with company strategies.
Occupational DC administration experience required, along with good leadership abilities.
