In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management of a pensions team ensuring that high standards of service delivery are maintained.
Primary function of this role will be to oversee the team, providing support, training and development at all times. Be aware of any issues on the team and monitor performance levels, undertaking weekly reviews.
Liaise across the business in terms of administration deliverables and play an active role in identifying resource requirements.
Manage team workloads, liaising with senior staff on pipeline for potential business to co-ordinate workflows within team to maximise effectiveness.
You will have performed a similar Team leader/Managerial role within pensions, have an excellent knowledge of DB/DC schemes and be up to date on current legislative and technical issues.
Excellent planning skills are essential to the role as are strong communication skills, qualification such as PMI or similar would be beneficial.
