Sammons Pensions are seeking a Training Manager for a fantastic job opportunity with a leading pensions organisation.
You will lead the Training, overseeing any arising issues, and working to co-ordinate the training needs across the business. Work closely with technical areas in order to deliver up to date content.
The role requires you to ensure that staff are all aware of the correct procedures employed by the company and are able to fulfil their potential as a direct result of receiving accurate training.
You will also analyse and develop training processes and systems regularly, as well as creating new programmes and improving existing programmes.
You will stay abreast of all compliance legislation, regulations and Health and Safety at all times and act as a liaison across different areas of the business for training needs.
You will need a proven track record in training within a pensions environment ideally with specific LGPS knowledge. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to develop relationships are also essential.
