Practised in all areas of pensions administration, provide technical support and guidance to the administration team enabling an efficient and successful service to be provided.
Make sure manual and risk-based calculations are carried out correctly and all in line with company procedures. Review internal systems alerting the manager to improvements and/or training required.
Ensure team compliance to company, regulatory and best practice procedures and escalate complaints as appropriate.
Possessing a flexible work ethic, you will carry out additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the pension manager.
The successful candidate will complete all tasks undertaken to the highest professional standards. Previous experience within a supervisory position and professional qualifications preferred.
