Position: Property Administrator
Salary: £18,500-£26,500 dependent on experience.
We are recruiting for a Property Administrator to join a small, family run and friendly block property management business based in Hastings. This is a permanent role, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, being based remotely for the time being due to COVID-19. We are looking for an experienced Administrator, who has experience of working within the property industry.
The role will involve:
Taking enquiries over the phone and via email
Dealing with contracts and leases
Arranging contractor appointments
Dealing with the renewal of tenancies and leasehold agreements
General office administration
You must be hard working and able to work in a fast paced environment, and have experience of working within a small team.
