We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator, to work in Commercial recruitment Agency based in Brentwood Essex. You will be required to have good all round administration skills including; copy typing, responding to emails, posting job adverts, dealing with telephone enquiries and using excel. A good knowledge of Microsoft packages will be required.
The role will also involve some CV searching, CV Formatting, calling candidates, candidate registration
and general office organisation and administration.
You will need to have a good work attendance record, an excellent telephone manner, excellent written communication skills, good secretarial skills and have a friendly , flexible approach to work.. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within an office environment.
This is a temporary role that could potentially lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
