We are currently recruiting an experienced Recruitment officer to work for a busy customer service contact centre based in Southend-on Sea.
You will be working as part of the Recruitment team and HR, Ideally, you will be worked in recruitment for at least 1 year and have a generalist background, with experience of working in a multi-site environment.
As Recruitment Officer you will report to the Recruitment Manager and will provide support to the business in all areas but with a particular focus on the focus of recruiting call centre staff.
A knowledge of employment law is required along with Recruitment procedures for both temporary and permanent staff.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to support managers in all areas and will have excellent communication skills.
You will need to have had previous experience working in a recruitment role.
