In this role you will deliver pension administration project services across the business, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and continually develop the pension's administration project capability, improve process/procedures in order for the function to improve it's deliverables.
Oversee staff development and training, be involved in the recruitment for new staff.
Previous Project work is essential but ultimately we are looking for a strong managerial candidate, background as a Pensions Team Leader/Admin Manager within a TPA environment, someone who can oversee project teams and co-ordinate delivery, strong process management background.
