As a key member of the team you will undertake a range of duties, from administration, marketing, through to registering new candidates, telephone screening and entering details on the database. Deal with candidate emails and calls, responding in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Organise, create and place weekly and monthly advertisements in industry press. Prepare and coordinate mailshots to clients and candidates.
Contribute to the team through day-to-day involvement and ad hoc project work. You will be fully supported in this role and given the opportunity to progress to become a 360◦ Recruitment Consultant.
