Overview for Care Home Manager (Residential)
An evolving opportunity has arisen for the position of Residential Home Manager to join a small sized registered, dementia care home. This role offers candidates a great opportunity and are looking for someone who has previous experience of running a residential care home. This is a home running at full capacity and has a full team of staff including a Deputy Manager and has a good CQC rating.
Skills/Requirements for Care Home Manager (Residential):
- Previous experience within an elderly care environment
- Home management experience is essential
- Must have a strong understanding of care service and delivery within a care home
- Strong communications skills
