A Resourcer is required to support a successful consultant in all aspects of permanent recruitment. You will be assisting the permanent consultant in sourcing suitable candidates for current and new vacancies through a variety of methods to include specialist websites. You will need to have a positive and friendly attitude, with great communication skills and the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly. Your role will predominantly involve speaking to prospective candidates over the telephone, therefore a pro-active and confident manner is essential. Good IT skills, to include Word and Excel.
