Job Description

A well established Estate Agent in East Sussex that values Service, Performance and Integrity is seeking a Sales Administrator.

This is an interesting role covering all aspects of administration from typing property details and letters, arranging window displays to registering applicants and matching people to properties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent all round administration, sales and organisational skills. Responsibilities will also include greeting customers, progressing sales and dealing with solicitors - that's why you must enjoy multi-tasking and have experience in delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally you will have experience in customer service, time management, and working in an office environment. Personal or work-related experience in property would be an advantage but is not essential

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • An eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Lively 'Sales' personality
