Sales Counter Representative - £9-10 per hour


A well-established company who have supplying Products and Services to some of the largest projects in the construction industry. They are currently seeking a Sales Counter Representative to work in their retail store in Battle. They are looking for a bright and bubbly individual who likes a varied role within a great team who enjoys a customer facing role.

Job Summary

The Sales Counter Representative plays a crucial role in our ability to achieve and maintain successful relationships with internal & external customers and assist in the effective running of the Sales Office.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop relationships with customers by accurately taking customer orders both in person and over the phone.
  • Answer customer questions and complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Accurately enter sales orders and secure payments based on customers account type.
  • Ensuring that the shop is well stocked.
  • Ensuring the sales area & warehouse is neat at all times

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
