Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced and talented Sales Operations Analyst to work for an exciting innovative company based in the City of London.

You will;

As Sales Operations Analyst you will br responsible for;

Maintaining customer and sales data records.

Data Analytics and Insight into Sales and Operations through CRM system and analyse sales data and provide timely, accurate reporting on sales, KPI's, including sales pipeline and other key metrics.

Design and build new dashboards to aid in improving commercial performance through actionable analysis by Sales Team.

Provide insightful deep dive analysis of areas of performance, including all forecasting and business planning deadlines are achieved.

Follow up and monitoring of billing process.

Help writing and submitting proposals, contracts and SOWs (Statement of Work).

You will have;

As Sales Operations Analyst you will need to have 5-8 year's experience in administration, sales operation, planning and project management.
Experience in sales operation for FMCG company or Software company preferably with Retail client.
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
