Sales Order Processor Nr Hailsham

Do you have experience of buying and selling through Amazon and eBay? If so, you could be the right candidate for my client. You would need to have Sage/Sales Ledger experience, and be able to learn quickly and solve problems independently. You would have previous experience working within customer service and despatch and be used to working within a busy and pressurised environment. Your duties would include sales order processing, organising couriers, updating inventories using Excel, printing lists, updating the website with new inventory, despatching and printing courier labels. You would also be working on customer resolutions/complaints. Good IT skills are essential for this role, you would also need to have your own transport due to the location. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, you will also be required to work every third Saturday 9am to 2pm with a half day off in the week.
