My client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to join their busy Administration team, responsible for processing customer orders from receipt through to invoicing and payment, including the process of arranging deliveries with their carriers. You would also be responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls, placing orders with suppliers and answering queries from customers, carriers or suppliers. You would need to have a very good telephone manner, with detailed knowledge of Sage Line 50 along with excellent IT skills. You would be working in a very busy office, so this position would suit someone with the right skills and experience and who enjoys working in a fast paced environment!
