Your main responsibility will be to support the Team Manager in providing a high quality administration service to customers and clients.
Your excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you deal with complex member enquiries and prepare letters for Scheme members and Third Parties.
Senior duties will include training and mentoring junior members of the team as well as checking work and assisting with technical queries.
You will be a conscientious individual with the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team environment
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Pensions administration with particular focus on DB schemes and be looking to undertake professional qualifications
