Working within the pensions administration team you will be handling queries and calculations on behalf of clients and checking that all records are kept up-to-date.
Ensuring that processes and legislation is upheld you will liaise with other team members, departments and professionals and respond to technical queries.
As a senior member of the team you will also be responsible for training team members and allocation and checking of their work as well as ensuring that deadlines are met and answering the more complex queries that arise.
You will assist with providing a Helpdesk, offer solutions to problems to sell the company and ensure client satisfaction as well as being involved with sales negotiations and preparing of information and reports and ad hoc project work.
To be considered you should have previous pensions administration experience, knowledge of the industry, legislation and pensions administration systems as well as the ability to prioritise and excellent numeracy and communication skills.
