Manage scheme events and projects, ensuring an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service for designated scheme events
Integral parts of the role would be project budgeting, review complex tasks, train and mentor junior colleagues and lead the scheme events for allocated clients.
Keep up to date with legislative changes passing these on through the team and keep active MI reports to aid performances, attend Trustee Meetings and or Administration Meeting with Clients.
Previous experience within pensions administration is essential as is the ability to process complex calculations. Experience of coaching and supporting in a high performing team would be desirable
