Provide support to the Systems Administration Team Leader, providing a technical pension expertise and coaching junior members of the team.
The team act as the interface between the staff who use the Aquila system and the third party provider who develop and maintain the system. Analyse and specify changes required to the systems, test changes and liaise with the Benefits Department in a consulting and training capacity.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working in pensions administration, coupled with advanced excel and SQL skills.
