Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Temporaries Desk
Salary: Competitive salary
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our friendly team in Hastings. You will be looking after a busy Temporaries desk. Daily duties will include:
- Sourcing for vacancies
- Business development
- Negotiating terms and contracts with clients
- Organising interviews
- Screening and registering suitable candidates for temporary vacancies
- Filling temporary bookings
- Working towards KPI's
- Attending client visits
- Ensuring all data and paper trails are logged on the internal CRM system, in line with GDPR requirements.
You must have at least 2-3 years of recruitment experience on a temporaries desk, and be a hardworking, self-motivated and target-driven individual. You must be a strong salesperson, who is able to build a quick rapport.
We will also consider candidates who are able to work 3 days per week in the Hastings office, and 2 days from home.
